ColoHouse, a Miami-based colocation provider, has acquired MSP Lume Cloud, a provider of managed cloud services.

Lume offers a variety of cloud and workspace solutions, as well as colocation services, from a network of multi-tenant facilities located throughout the world.

“ColoHouse’s acquisition of MSP Lume Cloud demonstrates our commitment to enhancing our competitive edge in the market while enabling ColoHouse to offer our customers more diverse geographical connectivity options and cloud solutions backed by world-class support,” said Kyle Verzello, CEO . “ColoHouse and Lume Cloud have incredible synergies, and this acquisition enables us to take our ecosystem to the next level of growth.”

The deal’s terms were not disclosed. Verzello will retain leadership roles in the cloud-based product suites and teams. Lume’s flagship solution suite Cloud Anyware is included in the acquisition, the companies said. Cloud Anyware enables customers to connect public and private cloud services and optimise their cloud spend.

“We are delighted to welcome Kyle and the Lume team to the ColoHouse family,” said Paul Bint, ColoHouse’s CEO. “With our operational and financial expertise, geographic diversification, and Lume Cloud’s impressive private cloud capabilities, we have a very strong up-market position. I am ecstatic about the next phase of our growth as we continue to expand our product offerings and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our cloud-based clients.”

Valterra Partners LLC and fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty LLC acquired ColoHouse in June.
